This place doesn't care about the parking structure or the drive way in which you access the apartments. The maintenance of the streets to and through there,are subpar at best.  Deep holes all throughout the complex.  People have had tire and or structural damage to their vehicles due to the negligence of management in charge of maintaining road work needed.

I lived there for two years and the apartment continued to fall apart while the rent continued to go up. The doors and the cabinet were falling apart. The sinks were leaking in the bathroom and the kitchen. The breaker for the lights continued to pop off and they put duct tape on it to keep it on. Every year they walked through your apartment with other people inspecting it invading your privacy without knocking. The landlord Tasha had a horrible attitude was never in the offfice never answered the phone and never replied to complaints.

Decent place, BUT, don't get caught over there if it rains. Someone needs to fix the potholes and the sunken street. You'd think all that money collected for that high rent someone could get that fixed. It makes the entire apartment look bad. I don't go there when it rains I'm afraid I won't get out until the water goes down, and I have a suv
