Check in was a problem, because I had asked for a handicap room with a walk-in shower. I am handicapped.  I was promised this.  Upon check-in i was informed by the clerk and the manager that they do not have any rooms with a Walk-In shower.  I was also told during reservation that the room would also be larger to accommodate a wheeled chair.  This "handicapped" room I was given is not large enough to permit a wheeled chair to get to the bathroom between the furniture and the bed.  The manager said when you get to the regular tub, you stand up out of the wheeled  chair and swing yourself in to the tub.  I will Never stay in ANY Choice Hotel again!  Ever!  If I can't trust the person making the reservation, why would I chance it???  I would rather give it No stars!

Easy to access off freeway. Great Hot Breakfast. Rooms were clean.

We stayed in a smoking room when we didn't book a smoking room. They also didn't mention that the room was smoking when my family and I checked in so we we're suprised that the room smelled like smoke. The breakfast was decent though.

I'm a Choice Diamond member and I was all set to book a room after I was told they had rooms available. The second I said CLC I was told they don't have rooms for CLC. What's the point of having CLC? I even told front desk prior that I work on the road and pulled a double and just wanted sleep. That's fine, I stay in the area all the time. When they are slow and need my business I'll be staying somewhere else next time. When you have rooms and you have a valued customer (Diamond Member) you don't turn them away simply because of a discounted rate.
