During my first appointment I was in agonizing pain because of nerve damage. They refused to prescribe me anything so the next day I had to go to the ER. My second appointment (which was to get surgery) got rescheduled for 3 days later, so I had to suffer in pain for an extra 3 days. During the surgery, I had to be awake the whole time... It was terrible and terrifying. I came in to my third appointment one week after surgery to have my stitches removed and they told me my doctor wasn't even in!! They never called or anything to let me know. They rescheduled me again to Wednesday, I came in on Wednesday and they told me there computers were down so legally they couldn't do any dental procedures at the time until the computers were up.. I complained repeatedly and even requested they send my dental records to a new dentist so I can switch dentists, they got tired of hearing me complain so they decided to do the procedure with the computers down and illegally remove my stitches. I'm not complaining that they finally decided to see me after an hour of me waiting, however to breaking the law like that shouldn't be acceptable

I was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews and then learned when I went to my appointment today that its all new staff and dentists (Tacoma location). I will say they are awesome and so helpful!!! Front desk staff (I wish I knew his name!) rocked and went out of their way to get me in quick.. Loved how friendly they are!

I wouldn't give it any stars if I could. I been here once and they didn't make me satisfy. Seems like they were only trying to make money off of me just because I asked how much braces would be, never said that I wanted it and was trying to have me get implants for my teeth. And after that they didn't look at my teeth after that conversation!
And on top of that my cousin went there wanting to fix her loose tooth. But they over charged her and wanted her to clean her teeth for an arm two legs and it came out looking like she never even seen tha dentist even once ever since she was born.

I've got significant tooth decay and am having work done here, including extractions. The staff is polite and quick.

Wasn't in pain, got some fillings, waited a very long time. Needed more appointments afterwards, with a different dentist, because I was in pain the molar she worked on. booo.
