We are a locally family owned and operated roofing company specializing in residential and commercial roofing.

Story

The mission of Peak Performance is to give our customers the best roofing products and workmanship value that can be found anywhere in the roofing industry. We aim to provide our clients with enough information required for an informed and educated buying decision.We use the highest grade of materials to ensure that your roof will be both physically and structurally sound.

We are a full-service contractor, specializing in most types of residential and commercial roofing. We install the latest styles of fiberglass shingles ranging from the standard 25-year fiberglass three tab, to the heavyweight Architectural shingles – some of which have a lifetime warranty. Our company will install wood shakes and in some cases slate and tile. We also install Modified Bitumen, TPO and EPDM on commercial roofs that have low slopes.

At Peak Performance we have a full staff service department, for those who need repair work.

Rich and the team at Peak Performance Roofing have done roofs at two houses for us and other roofing, fascia, and soffit work for us. They have done excellent work, been extremely responsive, and are more than competitive with their pricing. Recently we needed some soffit and fascia work done due to damage from a storm. Rich and his team did amazing work and for $200 less than the next closest bid. Rich also came back to spray for hornets that had built a nest there. Peak Performance Roofing will do great work for you and always goes the extra mile! This is a company I fully trust and recommend!

We met with 3 roofing companies before selecting Peak Performance. While slightly higher,  we felt more comfortable and confident with them. Without question, they looked at a neighbor's roof to get the same color/shingle that we liked even though it's not what they typically use. They were prompt to call, follow up and and answer and questions we had and stand behind their work.

Residential Roofing: The roof replacement work that was recently completed looks great and is quite an enhancement to the Cliffridge Community. We received many positive comments from the owners regarding the areas being properly cleaned up, the courtesy of your workers and with little disruption to the residents. In fact, we did not receive one complaint. Thank you so much for my new shingle roof!
