IF you decide to use this company, proceed with EXTREME CAUTION.  Make sure all the details you are seeking has been addressed with you.  Get a minimum of two other bids before deciding because you will be able to see the difference in how they handle you versus other companies.  The comparisons will stick out like a sore thumb. The devil is in the details so look for the details. They tend to add costs onto the contract last minute.  Where is the contract language for permits? Thorough contract wording does cover unforeseen costs that could quickly sneak up on you and heftily add up on the bill.  Followup was lacking in various aspects.  Professionalism went out the door when there was no monetary gain on their end. Business ethics, practices/procedures, professionalism are sorely in need of vast improvement.  Drones seem to be a frequent tool used but should not be overwhelmingly relied upon. I've had other roofers who had drones but inspected with their own eyes and commented with details on fixes right off the bat which were more involved than just covering the roof.

This company did a very poor job on my parents roof. Took a week to get it done. Then they left the roof exposed while misting. Now there is inter damage. We call them and the send out the same people who messed up. They need to do more research on who they sub contract with! Also the guy showed up with his logas on his truck and took them off 10mintues later.

I was thrilled to get the professionalism of the sales man and with great thought after 5 separate quotes decided to go with John Beal roofing. Signed the contract and had credit ran waiting for the call for the roofers to come and install, howeve received a call that the current contract could not be honored and that the new price would be $1000 more after they review the sky cam. I feel that as a consumer this is bad business. Back to calling the other 4 quotes.

They will charge your credit card without your permission and refuse to answer you emails and calls. Very unprofessional and dishonest
