I am in the middle of selling my home and buying a different one out of town. So, I am doing business with 2 different agents and I can see an extreme difference in the both of them. A person can tell when the people they interact with enjoy their job or are just there for a pay check. Katherine loves her job. When I met Katherine, I knew she was the one for us. We needed someone aggressive. She had our house in a contract just three days from being on the market. Not only that, but I feel like she is with us every step of the way. If something needs to be done, it is never a bother to her to get it done. If we ever buy property in Cheyenne again, she is the one we are going to.

Extremely unprofessional, rued and each time we would call with a complaint they always had an excuse!!  Word of advice....go elsewhere.

This is definitely a company that operates on the notion- "You get what you pay for".  Terrible run around every time a call was placed to them, excuses were given every time a time line wasn't met or they made a mistake.  They even forgot to list it on the MLS after the first month.  Agent was at the showed up 9 minutes after we decided not to list with them anymore.  If they were as eager to sell our house as they were to take it off the market we would have had better luck.  BEWARE!

They are very rude and did nothing but insult and degrade me and my family. My dealings were with cory and deb. I would recommend that if you are planing on use this business you find a more grown up establishment
