If I could give these cheaters, law breakers zero stars would be perfect. I spent months attempting to get a larger place through them, all they did was put me off and beat around he bush. I finally just moved out to a better place. I was in the process of cleaning the place, then on Friday March 23rd they illegally entered the property and changed the locks. I confronted them about it and they lied saying tried to call me. Then to cover them they tried to give me the keys, then when I setup an appointment to give the keys back and be done with them, they illegally recorded me and lied some more. Nothing but disrespectful pieces of trash and liars. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Ever! Let’s see how much they try to lie now and keep some of my money....

I love TD they helped me get into an apartment when everyone else turned me down. I've had great experiences with all the staff here. They were always helpful.  THANKS!

Do not use this company. The "management fee" is ridiculous. There is no management. Completely defeats the purpose of using a company to protect yourself.

This company has a very specific pattern of unprofessional behavior, miscommunication, and lack of accountability.  You are much better off managing your own property.

This real estate company is an absolute joke. First they told me I was not approved for a rental property but that they would let it slide and then seven days later call and say that I was approved. Secondly, the lease agreement that I filled out wasn't even the correct one and they told me I would have to fill out a new one so I should hold off on paying anything on the rental property. I was given the keys to the place and was told I could move in which seemed a little strange so I held off. Now I am being told to pay over a thousand dollars for a place I never lived in and a lease that was never correct. Good luck ever getting ahold of anyone on the phone because they will toss you around to multiple people and you never get the full story. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
