Excellent service. First time @ Pearl Nails in Waxahachie. My husband & I came in for a pedicure. Friendly & professional staff. Loved the massage with the pedicure. Next time we will get manicures. Highly recommended!!

I came back here for the second time with my sister to do her nails and the lady tht did her nails was very rude. She rolled her eyes at her when she was going to show her the nails she wanted. The lady was rushing and did her job sloppy. She also seemed very annoyed for some reason.

The WORST nail experience I've ever had. Wait time was not bad. When I was helped the lady began to file my previous dip nails off. They filed my nails for over 30 minutes, and it H-U-R-T. I usually am not one to complain, but I had to pull away at least 6 times from the file hurting my nails. This is when I asked them  just to soak them and they told me they do NOT soak your nails at this place, they claim to only file down to previous base coat to "protect" your nail. FALSE. Nails are UNEVEN and they left my skin DRY. Was there for literally an hour and a half just to get dip nails.. no pedi, no waxing, just nails. 90 minutes. Was not one specific person, I went through 4 people. I do not recommend this salon AT ALL, find anywhere else in Waxahachie.

I have been coming to this place for years and years. I have also tried many other nail salons. When my schedule doesnt allow me to make it into Pearl Nails I end up going to a different nail salon and when they are not done right i always end up coming back to Pearl Nails and they fix me right up and i always think to myself "why do i ever go anywhere else?!" They always make sure everything is done to your satisfaction and is done with quality products. I have had many different nails from the solar pink and white, regular acrylic with polish and the Dip nails. They always come out great at Pearl Nails. The pedicures are always great as well, and same for the eyebrow waxing. I have tried many of the nail salons in waxahachie and this one is by far the best in my opinion. And all the nail techs do amazing work!

They're the best in Waxahachie. I recently moved to Mesquite which is about 35 minutes away but I still drive here to get my nails done.  Nancy, Frank and Gary are the best.
