I've always loved every worker up there & still do! They are the most friendly & caring people! I've gone to them since I was 10 or 11 with my mom. They have always done a great nail & eyebrow job on us considering I always had dancer feet that caused bad ingrown nails & they always had my feet feeling great every time! I will always be greatful & have respect for their workers even on super busy days like Mother's Day..

Good costumer service great nails showed us options didn't push us to spend more money the nails feel great finished in a timely manner but there was no rushing daughter first experience with fake nails and it was a good one

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SPA! I took my mother and my daughter (age 9) to W Nail Spa on Mother’s Day to get pedicures.  We chose the $24 spa pedicure that includes the standard pedicure services like the foot soak, foot scrub, nail and cuticle trim, lotion, and polish.  They do not have a child’s pedicure so regardless of age everyone pays the same, my daughter was not in the spa chair for no more than 15 minutes.  She didn’t even get to soak her feet, no foot scrub, no cuticle trim, no lotion - all she did was soak her feet for 5 minutes and trimmed her nails followed by nail polish with the extra zebra design that was half-a**.  Since it was mother’s day they were rushing to get my daughter done and bring someone else in so they could make the $ as fast as they could.  Furthermore, THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME $24 PLUS AN EXTRA $4 FOR THE CRAPPY ZEBRA DESIGN, So if you enjoy getting pedi’s with your daughter then don’t go here they will take advantage of you!  I even let the manager know what happened and she didn’t care and wouldn’t discount the crappy pedicure.  Horrible work ethic. I even gave my daughter a few bucks to tip the lady and explained to my daughter that some people are not honest and will take advantage of you without blinking an eye…but we are not like that and had her walk over and hand the tip money to the lady that did her crappy pedicure. 

WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE!
