Quiet and romantic dinner We had a quiet dinner on a Sunday evening at Pearl's. The atmosphere was different from the lunch crowd. The veggie platter came in a large portion and tasted quite good. Our waiter said that it was not a commonly ordered dish but it was a healthy recommendation for the vegetarians.

Not worth the price. Our waiter was so complacent, it was comical. $50 meal (2 adults/1 child), didn't even take the left overs home. If priced according to food quality and service, would have saved about $40. Won't be going back under ANY circumstances. Had the manager walked by the table, we would have complained. It wasn't worth addressing with the waiter--he couldn't be bothered anyway.

We've been here twice now and I can't wait to go back. Great food and service, and we love the atmosphere. That being said it does seem like the kitchen is a bit on the slow side as far as getting your order ready but if that's why the food is so good I have no issue.

Pearl's Oyster Bar in Oklahoma city has been one of my favorite dining places for the past 40 years! Their food is always spectacular and there servers are always very nice and very helpful and very accommodating ! I look forward to my next visit to Pearl's.

Awesome shrimp and grits with okra. Wonderful service, AND they can mix a drink like they actually want you to stay a while. ;-) I ordered a whiskey sour and perfect margarita. My friend ordered an old fashioned. The sweet potato fries are amazing! My friend was unsure of something on the menu, and the waiter was kind enough to go to the kitchen and bring her back a sample (his name was Michael if memory serves, but it wasn't spelled traditionally, if you want to ask for him). They're a bit pricey, but well worth it.
