I'd come here for a deep cleaning in the past and I was satisfied with the job they did. Prior to coming in for a 6mo follow up, they'd emailed an offer for $100 off, if $20 was donated to a charity they supported. Sounded like a good deal to me, so I donated. When I came in for the follow-up, they had no record of my donation, so I pulled up the receipt from my email. After consulting with her boss, the receptionist said it only applied to more advanced services like whitening. I pointed out that this was not stipulated in the offer. She went back to consult her boss again, and came back with an offer to partially honor the agreement for the price of the cleaning, which would have been $65, but the remaining balance of the $100 would not be carried over for the future. I said, no thanks. They were willing to lose my business over this. The funny thing is if I'd never received this offer from them, I would have been paying full price with no complaints, and I'd still be a customer. Not only unscrupulous, but not very smart business practice!

Their regular cleaning used to include more things plus they mess up with appointment time. Me and my husband might change this dentistry to another one. They used to be better.

My overall experience was Outstanding. From meeting with Micheala whom did my x-rays to Dr. Monroe and Mrs. Tammy. I always had this little doubt in the back of my mind about how painful this would be, and also not having any kind of understanding about what they were talking about. That feeling went completely out the window. Dr.Monroe and Mrs. Tammy broke everything down to me, they both made sure that I had a clear understanding about everything before moving to the next step. 
Before closing out the receptionist came in to go over the break down of the bill and once again there was clarity every step of the way. 

I thank you Ladies for all that you are doing. If you are looking for a dentist this is one place I truly recommend you go to. The atmosphere is great.
