Horrible service, and very unorganized appointment was at 1 pm was not seen til 2:50pm and that was just to get and exam/X-rays done. The dentist was very blunt and had no manners and she kept talking under breathe. After the exam I had to wait another 45 minutes just to even get started on my routine cleaning. I was not satisfied with the cleaning at all she took longer to get to me then she did cleaning my teeth, it was messy and she was really ruff like she was rushing the service. The office is also very unpleasant a lot of the equipment is out of date and the restrooms did not have any light and pieces of the ceiling were missing and covered with 2 by 4 Wood. I would not even reccomend this dental office to my worst enemy. Do not go to this dental office. Waste of time and money!

Office staff is warm and friendly AT FIRST, but then they turn. I went in last month for dental work. I needed a lot of work which included 4 crowns, an extraction, and a bridge. They did the extraction, and I was given 4 temporary crowns. (I was suppose to also get a temporary bridge, but the dental assistant didn't know how to make it.) Two days later, one of the crowns fell off. I went back in, and they put the crown back on. The next day (on a Friday), another crown came off. Monday morning, I called and asked if I could come in after work; Sandra told me they were leaving early and that the dentist couldn't see me the next day because she would be leaving for a 2 week vacation. So, I've treated the un-crowned teeth very fragile. By the end of that 2 week vacation, ALL 4 crowns have come off. One of the crowns was on a LIVE tooth with the nerve still present. When that ine came iff, I immediately called the emergency line and was told it was not considered an emergency and I'd have to call my dentist on Monday...causing me to go to the pharmacy to buy some dental guk to cover up the tooth with the live nerve. Called Monday ( which is today), only to be met with more of the same...EXCUSES and ATTITUDE. At this point, I lack confidence in their workmanship amongst other things. Additionally, since the whole treatment plan had been PAID IN FULL, I called to get a breakdown of what has been done from my treatment plan, and Gina (the office manager) told me that I will have to wait a couple of weeks because she was working from a different office and that the fax machines and scanners are not working for her to look at the specifics of my account and (here's the killing part) she won't be able to get to it for a couple of weeks. Did I mention that the whole treatment plan has already been paid for? Needless to say, I've spent my day on the phone listening to their EXCUSES, getting the run-around, calling the insurance and credit card companies to complain about the shoddy work and dispute charges for any work that they did NOT do. I know this is a long review, but I don't want anyone to experience this type of sub- standard service. Save yourself the frustration. #CrownsBelongInMyMouthNotInMyHand
