The staff here knows nothing about adjusting my glasses. They don't know which place to adjust so that your glasses is comfortable. Don't go there if you have other choices.

The doctors office was very friendly and efficient, they were very professional and answered all of my questions in detail. Highly recommend this place!

This review is for the Doctor's office, not the actual store. The doctor's office is running a total scam operation. First, I waited over 30 minutes to see the Dr. despite being asked to show up 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The Dr. didn't apologize and instead lectured for me for not seeing an eye doctor in 2 years.. which is normal. They then proceeded to illegally give me a prescription valid for 1 year (WA state law requires 2 years without probable cause and verbal warning). When I called to inquire the receptionist was ready and waiting with a reply so I was clearly not the first one to ask. Now they're claiming I signed something that waived that. Oh, and they automatically scheduled my next appointment without asking me. Ummm, no. I'll never be back. Totally con artists.
