Pearson Roofing did a great job in helping us get everything repaired after the recent hailstorms.  The manager was very friendly and made sure that the roof went on timely and around my schedule  (which was very much appreciated!).  Also, the roofing crew did a great job on the install and spent extra time on clean-up to make sure that nails and extra debris were removed the first time.

Pearson Roofing uses quality materials and quality people. I would recommend them to others!

Pearson Roofing's project manager was very cordial, helpful in getting roof repaired timely, and making sure all small items were identified and finished professionally. The crew that did the work were detailed about repairs and cleanup was exceptional. Their inspector made some minor adjustments to clearance on water & heating vents that allowed the city of Highland Village inspection to pass on 1st attempt. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to find a competent and professional organization for their roofing requirements!

The initial inspection and working with the insurance is great. However, scheduling and subsequent followup is lousy. Initially it was scheduled in the beginning of June but due to heavy rain on the scheduled date. I never able to get an answer when they will come. Then one night late 10pm, I heard loud truck noises in the back alley and fortunately I opened the garage to see what's going on - they are trying to drop the dumpster in front of the garage!! - No one ever called me to inform they will be starting the next day and I can't even get out of the garage and I have dogs that needs to be scheduled to be boarded otherwise they will freak out when they are pounding on the roof. After some arguments with them, they move the dumpster away and promised to call next morning to confirm to start on day after next. Then at 1am, they came back and dropped the dumpster in the front of the house. The next day at 7am , I went for breakfast and scheduled the dogs for boarding the following day, at 730am I returned home because I forgot to take out the trash.... and discovered they already started the work !!!! and I am really upset about this, called the salesman and he had no idea they are starting, called the office and the person answered has no idea neither. After the work is completed and I discovered each ridge vent is much shorter than before and I called the salesman, they agreed to fix it and of course waited several uncertain weeks just like before and then they finally fixed it. Now, they have all the extra shingles, nails, ridge vents left in the front of the house and do I have to constantly calling them and will they ever come and pick it up ? Am I expected to clean up the work site ?

Dealing with multiple roof replacements here in north texas has been very stressful.  However, after using Pearson Roofing for this past storm,  it has been an extremely pleasurable experience.  The professionalism and quality of this company is outstanding.  We had the honor of working with Glenn Gros as our roofing representative.  Not only did he thoroughly educate us on the roofing industry and roofing materials, but he also assisted us with our insurance company.  Glenn made sure we got as much as we were appropriately due. 
The roofing crew was super friendly, did everything that Glen said they would do, and when they would do it.  The roofers did a fabulous job and the roof looks beautiful.  This is the first roof that we actually appreciate and admire!   
I would love to think that we will never re-roof again, but if we do, without a doubt we will use Pearson Roofing.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pearson for your roofing needs.

Pearson Roofing did an amazing job, can't say enough about this company.  They did what they said they were going to do it a timely manner, communicated to me through the whole process and had it done in one day.  Best of all Pearson Roofing is a local company that stands behind their work, I highly recommend Pearson Roofing.
