We were hit pretty hard in June of 2023 with the storms that passed through. Valley Ridge diligently worked with our insurance company and helped us get all the repairs needed. Their roofers were kind, hard working, and many of them have been with Valley Ridge for over 20 years. Mario was our property manager, and he brought a picnic for our family plus all the workers one day. The attention to detail and protecting the pool equipment, windows, and cars was exceptional. We got a new roof and get the extra ridge, it's AMAZING and added alot to the house, gutters, doors, painted the exterior of our home, and repaired and stained the fence. They truly did an amazing job. I will use them again. I am thankful for their hard work and for treating our home as though it was theirs. They did a superb job.
After a hail storm, I contacted the company through one of their employees that lives in my community. I filed a claim with my insurance company, and they agreed to accept what the insurance company paid for repairs. Their salesman made an error and they miscalculated the total amount by several thousand dollars and wanted to charge me more than their original estimate due to their error. It was only after I threatened to go with another company that they agreed to do the work for the amount they initially quoted. When it came time to provide the final invoice, all they provided was a list of the various deductions from the insurance company, as well as the checks that i gave them. They did not include on that "invoice" a breakdown of how much each item that was done cost, and all they would do is refer me to the estimate that the insurance company provided. They absolutely refused to provide an itemized invoice, and the numbers on what they provided didn't reconcile with what was on the insurance estimate. To top it off, their office manager/projet manager/glorified secretary was one of the rudest individuals I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They will take any and every opportunity to try to rip you off, and I would strongly advise against using this company, especially for insurance claim-related work.
Jake and the team at Valley Ridge Roofing were excellent to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and provided wonderful customer service. The crew was hard working, skilled, and very tidy. I would definitely recommend Valley Ridge Roofing for any roofing services!

I recently called Nick at Valley Ridge Construction late on a Sunday night with concerns about my roof. To my surprise, he immediately got back to me and talked through my issues. Impressively, he scheduled an appointment for the next morning, even though it was Memorial Day. Nick arrived with his drone, thoroughly inspecting the roof. His professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service are truly remarkable, especially in this day and age. I highly recommend Nick and his team at Valley Ridge Construction! Thank you!
Nick from Valley Ridge Construction came to my house last week to do a roof inspection for leaks and possibly storm damages. I thought I had to pay him for what he did but he said it's free! Thank you Nick! If we ever need to file a claim with our insurance we will definitely go through Valley Ridge and you Nick!
I would give Valley Ridge Roofing & Construction zero stars. They were hired for an expensive/large job and I am extremely disappointed with this company regarding their work quality, professionalism, and communication. After multiple attempts to reach them, I was finally able to set up a scheduled time to meet. They did not show up or honor that. They informed me that their personal life is busy with chores & kids, a disclosure I found to be lacking in professionalism. We brought in several third party roofers to inspect the work and all confirmed that there is defect in Valley Ridge Roofing's work. They did not want to honor the warranty nor wanting to even communicate with me. This has been disappointing to hear as it seems like all they care about is bringing in the profit rather than their quality of work. The only time they are willing to communicate efficiently or look in to something is when they are wanting to get paid. Profit first and quality last. I've worked with several contractors and I will NEVER recommend this company to other home owners, investors, or locals.
I had a complimentary inspection done to make sure the roof was water tight for the storm season. The representative completed their inspection and went over the damage they found that in detail. Even though there wasn’t enough damage to proceed with getting a new roof Valley Ridge will be my first call after a storm to make sure my roof is water tight or to address any storm damage.
Hudson was awesome to work with!! Very professional young man that made the process dealing with insurance smooth and effortless. Highly recommend Hudson and Valley Ridge!
It’s never easy having a roof replaced. Thanks to a major hail storm, our property needed not only 4 roofs to be replaced, but a trellis as well; there was quite a bit of damage. We chose to work with Valley Ridge, thanks to the first impression made by David Sanchez. He made us feel like we would be taken care of and that we could trust them. The entire Valley Ridge team went above and beyond, making sure our insurance company took care of not just the roofs, but a trellis and HVAC system that were damaged by the storm. Making sure the damaged HVAC system is replaced by our insurance company wasn’t their job, but they wanted to make sure we were left better off than we were before the storm. What company does that? Valley Ridge does! Throughout the entire process, Grace kept us up to date on the progress and continually pushed the insurance company when needed. With all of the fly-by-night roofing companies out there looking to make a quick buck, choosing a quality established company like Valley Ridge was an easy decision, and we highly recommend the entire crew. On a side note, not only did Valley Ridge’s roofing crew do an awesome job replacing all 4 roofs, but the fencing company they used to repair the wood in our trellis and gazebo did such a great job that we’ve since hired them to replace our wrought iron fence. That’s just another sign of a qualify roofing company; they choose quality partner contracting companies to work with them and to take care of their customers. You can’t go wrong by selecting Valley Ridge!
