I ordered a Cannondale bike through them recently and there were a few hiccups on Cannondales part but Pedal Power made it right. I will recommend them to any of my friends and family. I will definitely purchase another bike from them in the future and spread the word about this great local bike shop.

I'm new to bike riding. So I was a little hesitant going into a bike shop. John and Van spent over three hours looking and explaining about different bikes and accessories to me. They made me feel very comfortable. Thanks guys.

Always a great experience! The owner and staff are always friendly and truly care about meeting my cycling needs. My daughter and I enjoyed the Saturday classes that are offered, showing us how to keep our bikes in good working order. Thanks Pedal Power for helping us RIDE ON!

I went knowing basically what I wanted. But PJ was great in helping. He described all the bikes we looked at, told me about the sales, and was friendly/knowledgeable. They were also short handed and busy. But he was helping other customers, giving directions to other employees, and still kept up with me the whole time. As a General Manager of a restaurant, I can appreciate his energy and customer service. I have bought 2 new bikes here and will continue to do so. Thanks.

Purchased a bike long distance for my son who is attending UK. The staff was very knowledgeable, the selection of bikes great and the customer service was excellent. He picked up his bike from the store and is very happy with the purchase.
