I've been taking my two children here since they were born. Our Pediatrician is Doctor Bruner and she is a caring, knowledgeable doctor! We have also seen a few other doctors in her absence and they are all just as endearing as the next. The front staff and nurses have always been friendly and super helpful (especially on "shot day"). They are willing to work with you if you want to "space out" your shots so you don't have to do them all in one day which can be a little stressful on the child's body. I had a situation with my 3 year old daughter and Doctor Bruner reassured us about the problem, and when my daughters problem cleared up and I didn't call to give an update, Doctor Bruner actually made a house call to make sure my daughter was doing better! It was very nice to see that she went above and beyond. The office is clean and super family friendly with fun painting on the walls! Also, the separation of "well" and "sick" lobby is a plus.

Dr. Basu is very caring, she makes sure your medical needs are met and she seems to be very good with children and teens

The doctors here are fantastic, along with the advice nurses, and the front desk staff. The reason I'm giving 4 stars (and I almost want to give less because this problem is annoying), is each time I've had a payment above and beyond my copay (I think it was $50 once and $20 this last time), I only get a "3rd notice" in the mail and each time billing has claimed they've sent 1st and 2nd notices, which isn't true because I've paid each time immediately. I've noticed insurance companies have been doing this too. It seems not just unethical, but illegal. Anyway, I'm only docking 1 star because really the doctors and other staff can't be surpassed. We live them and my kids love them.
