After our 3yr old son spent the day in the ER with croup, a few days later his symptoms began to worsen. We were visiting grandparents from out of state, long time residents of Oak Harbor ...and their local doctor recommended this practice. Not wanting to put our little guy through long ER waits again, we called hoping to have a doctor check his condition. As soon as they found out we were from out of town, they immediately gave us the cold shoulder, outright refusing to see our son since "they only wanted patients on a long term basis." The message was clear. Apparently money is more important than taking care of sick children. We would happily have paid whatever they needed to get over their insensitive policies. Perhaps someone should be re-reading the Hippocratic Oath here. Certainly, our little preschooler and his parents would have appreciated it.

I have only had good experience with this place. I've been going there since I was a child, and they've always taken care of me and my family. I love these people.
