The staff here are professional but also put you at ease. Typically you are nervous when you visit the doctor but this office helps to keep everyone calm. PA Young is wonderful! She always listens and is genuinely concerned with my health. She takes time to go over all test results and answers any questions. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone who needs primary care.

I think their customer service skills could be improved some. While waiting in line, the receptionist closed the window on the next person in line without saying she would be right with them. Keeping the windows closed at the counters seems like you're in quarantine. Would be nice to have some elevator music in the waiting room as well.

Dr Young is excellent. Comforting and professional manner at every visit. It is unfortunate the front office staff does not provide the same quality of care. Very frustrating to have to ask if appointments are running late after waiting and then being told there was a note the dr is running 1/2 hour behind and she thought I was already taken back. If appointments are running behind, how would I have been called back? Struck me as reaching for an excuse.

I made an appointment for my 2 year old to discuss the rash on her foot. Dr. Klemme was highly intelligent, great with my daughter, and spot on with her diagnosis. My daughter is very shy and Dr Klemme did a really good job of getting her to actually talk to her (a little tiny bit). She asked all the questions I would hope someone would ask and am very satisfied. I give her 5 stars. The customer service was also nice. I am deducting 1 star and I admit I could be wrong for doing such. When I scheduled the appointment I asked if they were taking new patients. They responded with "It depends on who your insurance is." I know that is a business decision but discriminating against particular insurance types and uninsured persons (get payment at time of service) irritates me intellectually. Also they refused to give my wife, as a new patient, an appointment after 4. That means to become a patient she has to miss work. That is an asinine policy. Those annoy me, but not enough to not go back - because my daughter and I really enjoyed our experience with Dr Klemme.
