Love this place! Nurse's are sweethearts to my kids💗 Dr.Gomez is just freaking awesome! Yes sometimes they take awhile. But come on people its busy in then there and just how you don't want to feel like your child was seen in a rush, im sure the other parents feel the same way! So just be grateful you have some bad a** doctor's !😋✌👌😉

Horrible desk service, the receptionists ladies needs to know what means customer service or probably they need more people helping them and that way the recepcionists can do the job more efficient with less stress and that result a smile or just a decent response when you ask something. Remember ladies We are there for a reason, if we r there is not because we want to visit you is because our kids are in pain are sick, We (the moms) are worried for our kids and we don’t need your bad acctitud and you large faces. A little more of compassion will help this place. The ONLY reason I will keep going this place doesn’t matter how angry or mad the desk stuff treat me is the Dr. TERAN she is so good, great human, brilliant, worried for the pacients and they remember you all the time, She is just so good.

Everytime u call they answer their phone by can u please hold and u hold.and hold for ever and go up to 15 min, u hang up and call back and it's the same thing again

Horrible service from staff at desk. Everytime when im trying to get an appoinment they hold me for almost an hour and when finally answer they are really rude👎👎. I will change my pediatrician .

Quick appointment setting, I haven't had to wait in the waiting room longer than 10 minutes. I do, however, seem to wait 20 to 30 mins after I get in the room for the doctors. This doctor's office is kept clean and neat as well. it's in a newer and developing medical park, so it's great location for everyone in the family, dentist office opening there and offices for the adults and older children.
