Best neurologist around but his office is falling apart. He is patient and knowledgeable. He tested me for things I didn't even know existed! All to help me. He knows his stuff and gets to the bottom of the issue. Most doctors will take a look at you and give you some off the wall diagnosis, no testing, and shove pills down your throat. Dr. Torabi is not this kind of doctor, its rare to find physicians like him anymore. His office needs a makeover or a new location. He is far too great of a doctor to be working out of this location. He needs more staff and better trained front desk. I would love to see him in a bigger, newer, nicer office with more and professionally trained staff.

The front desk needs proper training on how to communicate properly and placing people on hold when needed. That Clinic needs a new staff to answer the phones. I called 4 times (morning) for appointment and I didn't get it.

He needs a new staff to answer the phones. Requested an appointment, the woman that answered the phone has no phone etiquette whatsoever. I'm not a relative, this is a business so answer the phone with etiquette. I don't know about the doctor but if this is the kind of staff working for him, I don't care to see him. The front desk needs proper training on how to communicate properly and placing people on hold when needed.
