I had an issue with the office staff. My daughter had an appt at around 11am, I received a call from the office around 9am asking me if I could bring my daughter earlier (NO TIME WAS AGREED ON AND NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID TO ME) I agreed to come in earlier thinking any time before her appt scheduled time was ok since the lady did not tell me a specific time. My mother in law took my daughter and arrived around 10am only to find out the dr had left already and my daughter could not be seen! The front staff told her that when they called me they specifically had told me i had to take her in by 9:15 because the dr had a family emergency, they also told my mother in law that when they called i sounded like i was sleeping and maybe that was the reason why i did not understand (I WAS WIDE AWAKE AT WORK). I called the office right away and spoke to Ruby, she automatically had an attitude and stated she had told me when she called that the dr was leaving and i needed to take my daughter right away, i told her she did not tell me anything and all i was told was that i could take my daughter in earlier, she then stated SHE DID NOT RECALL THE CONVERSATION! yet she had just told me she had told me everything (SHE WAS NEVER APOLOGETIC, AND WAS TELLING ME EVERYTHING I WAS SAYING WAS NOT TRUE, PRETTY MUCH CALLING ME A LIAR).... at this point i was furious so i just proceeded to ask to talk to the dr. He called me later and apologized for the miscommunication. THE ISSUE WAS NOT THE DR LEAVING, I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE EMERGENCIES, HOWEVER, THE WAY THE ISSUE WAS HANDLED WAS NOT THE BEST WAY TO HANDLE IT.

Dr Fransisco and his staff are amazing with kids.
My son is no more scared of visiting the dentist office.
We drive 33 miles to take the kids to Pediatric Dentistry of Denton because without any doubt they are amazing and the best.
I highly recomended
