I was extremely nervous about my first visit in many years. Jen was precious and kept checking on me (even got me a blanket to hold), my x-rays were not stressful, and Dr. Kim spent at least 45 minutes with me reviewing my options. The personal touch is felt immediately...I love that Dr. Kim takes such a conservative approach...with options! Hopefully this will be my forever dentist!

Had an excellent time there.  The staff was friendly and helpful.  And I was in and out quite quickly.

Let me be a bit more specific.  I haven't been to a dentist in years, decades even.  When I got there they helped me with all of the necessary paperwork that I needed, they helped me understand my insurance, they even helped talk me through scheduling.  My experience was made great by the friendly and professional staff.

I highly recommend them.

I just had a WONDERFUL experience with Elm Tree Dental and I can't WAIT to tell the world!!! OK, so I've been shopping around for root canal prices and a Google search directed me to Elm Tree Dental. Within ONE second (I kid you not), the receptionist, Jen, picked up the phone. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly she answered. I told her what I was looking for and she told me that I would need an endodontist for my situation, and she GENUINELY sounded happy to refer me to one. I then asked her if she knew if the dentist was affordable, then she recommended CareCredit, a healthcare credit card I was told about before but which I was a bit iffy about after I saw some bad Google reviews. She calmed my fears, though. She said she uses CareCredit, explained the mistakes some people make, and suggested a responsible way to use it. I haven't been to Elm Tree Dental for any procedures yet, but I've read some of the comments of some very satisfied patients, so I sure hope to visit them in the future! Thank you, Jen, for turning a simple phone call into such a wonderful experience! :D!!!

I would recommend Dr Michael Kim to everyone. He makes you feel comfortable. The staff got daughter right in after a minor accident, and they even stayed late to finish. Her teeth look great. I have braces and love them.

Excellent customer & professional service. Dr. Kim is very prompt & efficient. No waiting time, respectful of customers needs to be in & out.  Staff is friendly & efficient. Very accommodating to appointment changes at the last minute.  Hours are "user friendly".
