Hi  my name is Katy and I've through a hell of a ride.  Divorce and having to sell my beautiful home.  I was with another realtor for 5 months having to keep clean, open houses extra and having to basically corral my 16 year old twins to keeping their rooms clean.   Not easy.  After months of not one offer, Peggy came to my door for a preview.  I instantly liked her and could see she was a smart savvy women who knew what she was doing.  As soon as the other contract was up, I hired Peggy and her team to sell and find us a new home.  Within a few weeks we had an offer and then another.

All the people on her team were kind, understanding of the stress and extremely helpful.  I would highly recommend the Peggy Hoag Group for all of your buying and selling needs in the real estate marketplace especially if selling a high end home.  Best of luck Katy

Peggy Hoag and her team are an excellent team of professionals who do an outstanding job with every detail of buying and selling a home. Peggy and her team represented me for two different transactions and both times she was spot on with every aspect of the process. The entire team is attentive and informative, and have thorough knowledge for the Portland area market. I highly recommend Peggy for your real estate needs.

Peggy is a no nonsense get to the point type business person. I have used Peggy to list and sell a condo and to assist in buying a house. I find her expertise is really relevant in pricing and staging a property for sale. You will not be disappointed when working with Peggy, whether you are buying or selling.

The Peggy Hoag team were excellent! Our agent met us to show multiple properties on multiple days and gave my wife and me great home maintenance advice for us first-time home buyers. When we were ready to write an offer, she helped us figure out how to be competitive. Our second offer was accepted, and the team helped us understand every step in the process. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate industry and were never pushy. We could tell that our agent had our best interests at heart. We will be back to the Peggy Hoag Group!
