Rambo and team were OUTSTANDING. 

For my wife and I, it was really important that we connected with our realtor and felt like he/she really understood what we wanted out of a house purchase. Rambo was just that. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, worked within our budget and never once pushed us to move to the next phase. Additionally, despite telling Rambo that our timeframe might be on a longer horizon, it never once stopped him from treating us like word class clients. 

Throughout the purchase process, Rambo and team were incredibly helpful, guiding us at each step and going out of their way to make things easier on us. 

We appreciate everything Rambo and the Bungalow Team did and would both use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Rambo was absolutely excellent. I happened to meet him when viewing a property and immediately knew he would be great to work with. He was honest, hard-working, appropriately aggressive, and extremely knowledgable about the Portland real estate market and home ownership. I continuously felt like he was pulling for our needs and interests, and he helped us successfully purchase a home in this incredibly competitive market. Not only did he secure the initial deal but he - and his great team - helped throughout the entire process to close, including providing excellent referrals for home repairs. I'm so happy we found him and love working with the best in the business!

Rambo & Eric were WONDERFUL at getting me into my home.  Eric was so patient and would meet me on a moments notice, which I know was not easy.     Rambo attended my inspection and quickly explained the process to me.  Eric was a great realtor and I was so glad i used him as my buyers agent.  Would highly recommend this team!!!

Rambo is the best agent! I am a first time home buyer, and feel so fortunate that I found Rambo at the first place. He is the very patient in trying to understand what type of places I like, even though I don't have much thought of what I like at the beginning. He is really knowledgeable in properties in Portland area, and have recommended me some great town houses and condos though there are really not many townhouses and condos in Portland metro area that falls into my price range. After I successfully bought the property, he and his assistance Lissa helped me even with making appointments with different contractors to come and really make the place "my place". He actually came in to my place with ladders and helped me installed a set of ceiling lights himself in the evening since I don't have ladders... Throughout the whole process, from house viewing to I actually moved in, Rambo is the only person I contacted with, for everything.
