Very disappointed. First time back in over 2 years. I got the Chicken Wraps and Crab Wontons. The crab wontons weren't that great. The chicken lettuce wraps were basically a half head of lettuce that was wet, the crunchy noodles tasted old, and it was hard the tell if the mixture was chichen. The dipping sauce was terrible. I will not be spending my money there again.
Locaction has very good food for the price, the restaurant is clean and restrooms are very well maintained. The staff is good with fairly quick service. I enjoyed my visit to this location and would definitely recommend anyone in the area or passing through to stop in and give the restauranta try. Staff is very welcoming and friendly to the customer and delivers a pleasant overall experience.
I ordered Gluten free shrimp online for pick up. I checked the receipt on the bag when I picked it up and it was correct but didn’t think to check the actual food container. Unfortunately what I got was breaded chicken, which I can’t eat. Waste of money.
I went in to get my lunch today and was feeling pretty grumpy. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff. I didn’t have to wait long at all for my food which I had not preordered. They were very accommodating with my complicated order. When leaving they thanked me by my name. It completely turned my mood around and I really appreciate the whole experience.
Not worth it at all !! Very disappointed on the food .they charge extra for fried rice and noodles ...small portion and you eat in plastic plate with plastic fork ..Panda express would’ve been better : Never again !!
This place turned into a fast food. Plastic everything. No more plates and silverware. Took out BOTH soda machines. Portions are smaller. Totally different vibe. Seems like a regular take out now and no dining experience.
Was very excited to get food here . Ordered take out and the restaurant was empty. Waited over 30 mins before, we were told there was still orders ahead of mine due to the online checkout/ Uber eats orders. Ultimately had to cancel our order. The cash register person was very nice! The staff seemed really stressed and in distress
Usually getting take outs here during lunch. Ordered the pad thai with shrimp, very moist. If you like very spicy flavors, the spicy level here won’t be burning your tongue btw. Food was fine.
In my previous experience at other Pei Wei locations, I was less than impressed with the quality of the food, as well as the menu selection. I went to this one because it's close, and my wife wanted the Orange Chicken, so I decided to get the larger portion and try it. We also got the spring rolls. Since my expectations were not high, I was not disappointed. The Spring Rolls were filled with some kind of substance, almost tasting like sausage, that was pretty mushy. I wrapped a napkin around the Roll and squeezed most of the grease away. The Orange Chicken, same price of $5 for the small or large order, was average and ok, but nothing to bring me back. After having real Orange Chicken made properly, this seemed like a typical fast-food offering with a lot of gooey, extremely sweet, sauce. The service was ok, but none of the staff ever smiled at anyone. For $5 and domestic tranquility, I'll get it for my wife.
My 3rd time eating at Pei Wei, and my last! I thought that the last location was short on meat but now realizing that $12 only gets you a large bowl of rice with a few chunks of chicken as a side. Also I always pay attention to the difference in texture with my "chicken" between chicken breast & dark meat..but this was NEITHER. Meal should be $6 tops considering the ratio of side to meat, & quality of the burnt/greasy batter & non chicken that can't even be consumed, along with the rice that has so many vegetables cooked in u can't even tell it's rice!
