A quick service, takeout Chinese restaurant with a limited menu. The hot and sour soup is popular. Limited short-term free parking shared with a Starbucks and two other stores.

Let me start by saying this is really unfortunate that I have to write this because the food here is exceptional, but poor customer service skills will kill any business and this is done in a effort to help the owner become better with his customer service. Today I order like I normally do the seasme chicken (white meat) and fried rice and I wanted to try the crab ragoons most places make them a lil sweet which i have become familar to, however the recipe here was a little less sweet and more buttery which I didn't care for. I live literally 6 min from the restaraunt so I call to simply ask if they didn't mind could I switch out for chicken wings which is the same price (i did this within 4 min of them dropping off by the way). The person that answers the phone becomes very offended and started to cut me off and became very disrespectful to the point where I asked may I speak to the manager I was suprised to find out that this was the manager and the owner as he stated. I went further to explain to him that I order here all the time, I always tip my driver, and I speak highly of this place I didn't call to demand anything rather just to see my options because i would have hated to be left with something I didn't like after paying for it. He cuts me off again and tells me he has been open for 20 years and this has never happen to him etc...as I'm trying to explain to him i'm not upset I'm simply giving you the opportunity as an owner to show your customer service and take care of your customers within reason.He cuts me off again. I asked why are you getting so upset to which he responds  I'm just really busy mam I'll send the driver with the chicken wings. He suggested that I should know or ask how everything taste before I order however we all know you won't know until you try it. My advice be more polite things happen, but be mindful of how you handle your customers because situations like this will create a bad name for you. Hopefully the owner will work on this because like i said the food is amazing!

I have been using this restaurant since 1991. The service has always been quick, friendly and I've enjoyed the food. I think it's a good deal and the owner is very personable and extremely hard-working. This is a good resource for people in Vienna Virginia.

Been getting food here for about 5 years, and it's excellent! Delivery is always super fast and the food is great! I literally have not had anything there that I didn't like or that was poor quality! prices are reasonable, and they are always really friendly. Will keep going as long as its open :D

I ordered Chinese Combination Vegitable today. It's amazingly delicious! I would love to come back again with my friends next time. I strongly recommend this restaurant. :D
