I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but, I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is very friendly and on my last visit to get a cavity filled, Dr. Pellegrini offered me a needless nasal anesthetic, Kovanaze I think,  instead of novocaine by needle. It worked great, no needle pain, no fat lip feeling and wore off in about 2 hours.  The whole procedure was less painful then getting my teeth cleaned.
