I got a GMC terrain from them in September, since then my timing chain has went out only 3 months after purchasing and it just went out again only 3 months after the first time. It took them a week to fix it and multiple other small problems. They sold me a shit car for a price way too high. And expect me to pay 500 dollars a month for a car that barely runs. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again!

Not very hospitable. Tried to charge us a 60 fee just to check what is wrong with the car even though it's under warranty.

Lies Lies Lies!!!! That is literally all this place does! After being promised that every thing was fine and not to worry, I found out by calling the bank that everything was NOT fine. They tried to lie by telling me the bank was lying, when truly they were lying. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

It is the most honest, friendly, kind and trustworthy place to go for any auto needs. I would never use anyplace other than Pembertons.
