Story

Take Ten Lube & Car Wash was started in 1987 as a 2 bay quick lube and single bay car wash. In 1990 a 3 bay repair shop was added behind the quick lube, then in 1994 added a 3 bay tire shop. The original owners operated the business until 1998 when it was purchased by Jeff & Lorrie Webster. Now entering the company's 25th year in business and the 15th for the Websters, Take Ten Tire Pros has grown to what it is today.

In April of 2007 we expanded our tire offerings by adding 2 tire service trucks. This allows us to go on-site to work on tires from as small as a forklift or skid-steer to tractors, combines, and heavy earth-moving equipment.

In June of 2010 we added 4 more service bays with state of the art alignment and diagnostic equipment. We have 4 ASE certified technicians with over 50 years combined experience.

I went there to have a fuel filter and o2 sensor put on my car. After some time i was told by shane that they would not be working on my car because of liability. He implied i had the wrong parts for the car. I buy my parts from AutoZone and i have the receipts for the parts. He told me they could not get the pump back on the car because they say a connector had been bent and it would be to much trouble to try go reconnect it... I was told they had to leave my fuel pump hanging on my car and i was to take it somewhere else to get it put back on. (Talk about liabilty). I was told that my car that i have been driving and drove on their lot could not be drove. I am stuck now. I cant shop or do laundry anything. I ask desperately is there somewhere i can go right now to get this fixed i need my car operable. Im scared, confused and desperate now. I was told go to Harrell's downtown. I drive there slowly i hear the pump rattling all the way and hitting the ground. I finally get there and this place is closed...they are not open on the weekend. So not only did i lose the weekend to take care of some business now i must miss work and hope this man can put back together what they took apart and refused to put back together, and how much its going to cost me because they dont want to be liable??? My experience is costing a lot of money and wasted time and emotional trauma. And hopefully not my job also because they disabled my car and refused to put it back the way it was when i drove in... Talk about liability.

If you are broken down in ponca city Oklahoma go to these guys We had our vehicle 2007 white Ford f150 towed to be diagnosed and was supposed to be checked today they had an issue with the mechanic had to leave on an emergency they initially said that they was being looked at and that the mechanic had just left but the truck was still in the parking lot. Even with as upset as I was with the situation the employees were professional they did not charge us for the Diagnostics that they had done and did not charge us for the towing So our truck broke down again, we called take ten, they towed it and fixed it again turned out to be a separate but related problem to the first for free.

Super fast oil change here. Plus tire sales and repair and a full time mechanic on site. These guys do it all and do it right.

I would suggest that no one ever visit this place again. They replaced some tires on my van and some other nominal work, but they neglected to tighten down the lugnuts on one tire. After a busy week, that right only one week, I noticed a strange noise coming from a tire. When I took it in to them, they acted like they were some sort of righteous angel by re-tightening the lugnuts for me. I still had to pay for the tire replacement because it had un-even wear due to the loose lugnuts that THEY DIDN'T TIGHTEN. This van is used by my wife and her daycare and had the tire worn off the bolts, like I've seen firsthand that this can do, I don't want to think about what could have happened to the six kids in her charge. In short, they don't take actual care of you and don't care about any risks their negligence can cause. 0/10 Your business is terrible.

My experience here was great. My kids and I were traveling from Texas to Denver and caught a flat. They bent over backwards to help us I'm so greatful they supplied me with a contact info to a tow truck to pick us up and even gave me the number to the comfort inn next door all before I got there . Thank you Matt you were exceptional!!!
