I read all the bad (and good) reviews before going to the PP tag agency. I didn't know what to expect. When I arrived at 9 am, there was already a line. They started business on time. There were 3 ladies working. The first lady pleasantly greeted us and explained the procedure and what was needed for each type of transaction. I noticed that there were also signs posted with the same instructions. With the information she provided, everyone was ready with their paperwork and documents which made the line move fast. The second lady (who took care of me) was also very pleasant and friendly. The 3rd lady was the cashier. She was also very nice despite the fact that I noticed that she had to do all the running around to collect everyone's papers,tags, etc. I was there about 45 min. It was time well spent. The employees were all very nice and hard-working. They are obviously working as quickly as they can. Thank you, ladies! I appreciate your kindness and hard work!
I just wanted to add that when you get to the cashier, you may not be called in the order you got in line. It seems to me that some documents are processed faster than others (not due to the workers). People are not going ahead of you. Their stuff (which was prob different from your order) just came out sooner. The cashier calls people when all of their order is ready.

If you are in the market for customer service,  this is definitely NOT the place to receive it.
This is an awful and disgusting establishment. 
Stood in line 15 min. Till opening, get inside complete transaction #1, waiting to simply pay,  I realized 12 people after me had paid and left already, I proceed to ask cashier,  who btw is a total non shallot,  rude, witch, why had I not been called yet, response was "oh we go by numbers", me: "what numbers"? Her:" oh the numbers in the order people came", duh idiot,  i just told you 12 people behind me had paid and gone. I asked for original paper out the trash to proceed in going to different location, to find out I had to return where all the retarded work. Get back go same retarded cashier show her paperwork from different location stating it had been completed here, so I have to get it here at this location....
Yada, yada, yada, back and forth with the. Upholding the retarded cashier in her rude and unprofessional manner.
These people will attempt to make a person loose it.
I am a very patient person, and more so when you simply offer customer service, especially when you inconvenience me.

Worth the wait at this tag agency since employees work fast and are knowledgeable although there is always a line.

This place is terrible.  One clerk on duty at three o’clock in the afternoon.  There were 10 people ahead of me when I walked in and 35 minutes later, there were still 6 people ahead of me.  I figured at that pace I’d be there another hour.  I’ll try another location tomorrow.
