Great customer service. Ms Melissa greeted everyone that came in and when lines got long, which happens at posts offices, she apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. Very positive experience with the reps behind the counter too. Happy to come back!

Sent a package Priority Mail from Texas and checked the status of delivery to find out it was "undeliverable as addressed" and is being returned if appropriate return information is available. I called the number I found for this location online and after the phone rang for about 2 minutes it was picked up and hung up without anyone ever speaking to me. This happened 3 more times before I called another post office in Florida to try to speak with a living, breathing person. Someone actually answered at the alternate location and this person gave me an alternate number, which I called. Eventually the phone was answered by Blake, who was rude and interrupted me constantly while I was trying to get information and explain my situation. I told her to please not return the package, but hold it for delivery, and is there any way to find out the reason it was not able to be delivered. She said it would be held for 5 days before being returned. She told me the package was still out with the carrier and that she couldn't give me anymore information until the carrier returned. She took my name and number and said she would call me when the carrier returned and let me know why it was not delivered. Of course, she never called. I'm so thankful for my very helpful, pleasant local post office employees! I wish I could give this place zero stars.

This is honestly one of the worst post offices I've ever visited, it's a tragedy that it's the one nearest my house and I have to visit it. Sometimes they're nice, but 9 out 10 times the customer service is the worst. They are always understaffed too

Every time I have visited this location, service has been top-notch!! When the line got a bit long, another employee approached each customer to see if they can help them with anything so they wouldn't have to wait. Excellent customer service!!
