We contacted Penfield Plumbing after our original (national chain) plumber started telling us contradictory information and we lost confidence in them.

Penfield Plumbing identified issues the original plumber missed, offered us services and warranties that the original plumber did not, and quoted us a lower price.  They worked with us to negotiate a customized, straightforward, solution that fit our needs perfectly without any 'fluff', games, or unnecessary expenses.

By far, the best part of the experience was our plumber, Anthony.  Not only was he friendly and professional, but it was obvious from our first meeting that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field.  He made it his priority to involve us as a part of the solution by educating us and answering all of our questions.  In all our interactions, he showed an unparalleled dedication to customer service.  He made our concerns, his concerns.

On the day of the job, Anthony was punctual and worked diligently.  He showed respect for our home, taking care not to make a mess, and to clean up any debris left behind.  When finished, we were invited to inspect the work, and all the final paper work and pricing matched the original paperwork and estimate; the only surprise was that a plumbing job could be such a positive experience.

Our plumbing issues are now resolved, and we could not be happier with our Penfield Plumbing experience.  We will definitely be using them in the future should the need arise, and recommend them to anyone lucky enough to be in their service area.

Had been using this company for 15 years now (3 houses - 5 or more visits from them). Used this company to do few plumbing work (replacing bath tub valve, water heater, etc...) recently (moved into a new house 3 months ago). Never once was disappointed with them but always happy with their service and prices. Always exceeded my expectations and will always use this company for all plumbing needs in the future.

I have called upon Penfield Plumbing to help me with several issues over the years, both at my old home and my new.  They are reliable, professional, honest and do an excellent job for an affordable price.  When it comes to plumbing issues, I wouldn't call anyone else.  I give them my highest recommendation - give them a try, you won't regret it.

We have used this company several times and have been extremely happy with their service--prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. We have not had problems with the repairs or installations they have done. I would definitely recommend them.
