Such a different restaurant idea!  Stopped in after work one day not knowing anything other than the name and address.  The people inside were beyond friendly and helpful.  I didn't know what I wanted because everything sounded great, so they walked me through the menu and some of the popular items.  Since everything is made to order there is a wait, and they tell you this up front so no surprises.  I ended u waiting around 15 minutes.  As others have said, if you're in a rush, order ahead.    

I ordered a basic salted twist, the Garlic Cheesy Stuffed Loaf, and a couple Nutella stuffed bites.  Since I had a 40 minute commute back home, they prepared the loaf just enough so it could be finished at home without drying out.  it turned out great, as were the other items.  

Service was great, the people are friendly, and the food was wonderfully fun.  If I have to ding this place for anything, it's the location.  It's an older strip mall and if you're unfamiliar with the area you might miss it.  But I wouldn't let that take away from trying the place.  I wish it were closer so I could make it a regular stop!

Penguin Pretzel is the ONLY place to go if you want the best in hit, soft pretzels. They also do many different kinds of stuffed pretzel sandwiches and even dessert stuffed pretzels. With out a doubt the best place in three counties for anything soft pretzel related!! To try them today and you will be hooked! 👍👍👍👍👍

We tried Penguin pretzels for the first time  today. Everything we had was super yummy n freshly made. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning!!
