This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
If I can give it a negative five stars, you better believe I would. There is a Penklor property that sits behind my home and they have been terrible with taking care of their property. I've been after them for almost 2 years about a tree that sits on their property with a massive limb hanging over my detached garage. Needless to say, they haven't done anything by give me the run around and not reply to the inquiry. The rep that I spoke with the last time told me that in order for them to have the limb cut down, they would have to find a contractor at a reasonable price. By the looks of it, and in my opinion, the job would probably cost somewhere in the neighborhood of 800 - 1200 dollars. Not sure what you all think, but that's a better price to pay rather than having to pay out $80,000 - $100,000 if the limb was to fall atop my garage and destroy everything - let alone having someone inside if something like that were to happen. 

Don't trust this companies business, you get what you pay for.

This was the worst company that I have ever dealt with when it comes to rental properties. I will not recommend to my worst enemy to deal with this company.  They are unprofessional and crooks.  Please look elsewhere and not use penklor or Sundance property you will regret it.

I have never had such a bad experience with a property management company. If you need maintenance work done, expect no response. If there is any change to anything, do not expect any notification, because it will not happen. 

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would because that is what this place deserves.

I cannot wait until my lease expires so I can move and never have to deal with them ever again.

Do not get involved with Penklor or any of their properties, you will regret it.

Terrible. They barely ever responded to any maintenence requests. The ones they did, they performed a mediocre job; thus leading us to call them back to redo the crap they just did. Terrible. Terrible Company

the Realtor was horrible she just opened the door and let us walk around did not explain anything at will i had to ask her. and the fact that you have a breed restrictions for Americas most popular dogs makes me think your not American owned. needless to say I will never buy or rent from your un-american company. and i will tell my friends and family.
