Terrible billing office - You will get a surprise bill months later for a lot of money, even after they said you've paid off the balance. And they get an attitude when you say you can't pay it all at once.  Making appointments is also a huge hassle.  The actual dentists here are good though, so they get a star for that.

On my 1st visit I wasn't seen for an hour and a half past my time slot. Due to this I ended up with a $30 parking ticket .That day I made a few more appointments for various things. I then got a call a week later saying they needed to change one-ok. My 2nd appointment was for a deep cleaning and a bond on one tooth however when I sat in the chair the dentist informed me I did not have an appointment for a cleaning just the bond even tho I have a slip stating that's what my appointment was for today. Now they are telling me the next available cleaning appointment isn't until September .... ridiculous. It was extremely hard to get the appointments I had only to then have them changed, cancelled and subtracted from.

I have had a good experience with the dentists at Penn Family, for the most part.  The reason they are getting a 2 star review is that scheduling an appointment with this practice is exceedingly frustrating.  Calling the scheduling staff routinely means sitting on hold for at least 15-30 minutes.  No exaggeration.  The online scheduling mechanism on the website does not seem to work either.  So if you have a dental project that requires 3, 4 or more sequential visits, you could imagine just onerous this broken scheduling process can be.  The practice needs to fix their scheduling mechanism, because sitting on hold for 30 minutes each time I want to make an appointment is unacceptable.  (Currently on hold, now, for 15 minutes and counting - estimated wait time was 2 minutes)

I've been here before at the old location .  But I'm sure  that they will do a great Job on my Teeth.. They are Professionals

Drs are good, but the business office is terrible - keeping sending charges in bulk money without any communication. And they said will return your call within 48 hrs, that never happen!
