The main problem in case of problem, no one to talk to!!! They moved me from 1 student to another for 4 month when I'm in pain, instead of taking care of the problem what need to be done, After completing I was signed to a really good student, But the reason I give 1 star because, the service from the front desk is very bed, no manager/ supervisor, I'm a handy cup & was have no one to check me in for over 30 minutes, if I not will stand on line for 30 minutes, what I can't do, manager/ supervisor,??? Nothing,!!! patient advocate? Only to leave a message, & never returning any call, The main problem in case of problem, no one to talk to

Firstly I had a horrible experience at a different dental school before so I was weary. From the front desk check-in to the route canal I had done in a two step procedure I must say everything was top notch! I had no pain at ALL! Wall my concerns and questions were answered and I was treated very well. While this isn't free care it is income based. I found the prices to be pricey for my Medicare plan but compared to the treatment and professionalism I gladly paid. Will return for future treatments!

Ive always been scared of the dentist but my aunt told me to try here because she went and I must say amazing I came on a Monday and set my extractions for that Friday came here got signed in fast the two students I had were amazing took the two teeth out so fast didn't feel any pain and there were so nice thank you for making me feel comfortable it's not always easy when you have a bad experience at one dentist and have to go back because your in pain but I would recommend to anybody going to make them my dentist for sure thanks again

Went here for a referral for wisdom tooth extraction. Had a little confusion getting the emergency appointment, but once I did everything was smooth. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and my student and her faculty advisor were as well. They gave me good advice as to the best course of action for getting them extracted and set me up with a consultation with their oral surgeon that day. Also I'm transgender, which the student noticed when the sex designation in my chart didn't match my appearance and she was super respectful of it and offered to make a note of it so the rest of the staff would know how to address me.
