I am truly disappointed with this visit to Penn’s Fish! The fish was good and so was the okra. The fries were terrible! We purchased a family catfish with an extra side, fried okra, $56.46. We order this EVERY time we are home. This is usually MORE than enough for 5 to 6 adults. This time it was barely enough for 3 adult males. Not a satisfied customer!

THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME OLD MOLDED FOOD  WILD RICE THAT SMELLS HORRIBLE! I called the store and all they can say is come get another one! I WOULDN'T DARE GET ANOTHER ONE! PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR BETTER YET DON’T GO AT ALL!!

Went to order the party pack of catfish for a party and they were too lazy to complete the order. They met us at the door and said they were drive through only and then told me they were out of tea and I told them I don’t need the tea anyway. Then the guys says “well the tea comes with it” which let me know he was making excuses. Then he said they didn’t have enough fish. Bunch of lazy losers. We went to the location off of old fanning and got the best customer service

We thought the drive thru intercom wasn't working because they were so slow acknowledging even when I said hello several times, I pulled up to the window and the worker had an attitude with me for pulling around. I will not be going back. Make my own chicken on a stick Food: 4/5

They havent made millions off of fried - chicken, pickles, & onions on a stick cause they suck. Consistently good food Time After Time. ***Fast Foward 2 years.... Big TIme Edit... I have never seen such a successful chain go down so quickly.  Just went through the drive through and ordered an oyster Po-Boys.... 4 oysters each about the size if a large pecan. ...$13.99.. Never again. These pictures were taken right when i got home.

The food was still penns it was good but the wait time was too long there were only two people serving and taking ordersFood: 5/5

The food is good but the guy who has answered the phone the last 2 times has been very rude!!! I tell him I want to place an order and he huffed a little and after every item I tell him I want  he says “ is that all?” He acts like he doesn’t wanna be there.

I ordered baked fish got baked chicken instead sent it back they put so much garlic on the fish I couldn't eat it.Food: 1/5

I got the chicken on a stick with fries. The chicken was big and fries was good too. My only issue was that it looked like I  only had one side of fries instead of two.

I will never go back to Penns again!!!. The young man with glasses working the drive through window is the most unprofessional, rude and down right meanest person I've met in some time at a food establishment. His attitude is going to kill business, because I'll make sure my friends and family know not to visit!!!! I wish I could give a negative star. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!
