Most times when I'm in Jackson with my family, & friends we must stop at Applebee's Grill + Bar. We've never been disappointed, their food is always on point. Just out what we ate this time. The prices are reasonable as well. When you eat here you won't have to break the bank. They do have special at great prices. The people are very courteous, friendly, & nice & that help a lot also. To me Applebee's Grill is a nice place to eat with your family, & friends! Enjoy, & Happy Holidays!
My step son and I ate the all you can eat boneless wings and fries. Their fries have always been good, but the wings were a little to be desired. The batter on the wings took over the flavor, and all we tasted was flour with very little sauce flavor coming through. The original buffalo was the best. They had plenty of sauce and flavor was right. Mike was our server, and he did a great job. At times I would have thought he was the only one working from being behind the bar, to taking care of tables. As busy as he was, we never went without anything we needed.
Eat here alot but last visit was TERRIBLE. My sons 10th bday and he wanted to eat here. The bartender was our waitress who never came to our table once. After about 20mins, I asked to be moved to another section since the bartender would look our way but not come to our table the hostess declined. We waited 30+ just for the hostess to take our order. Food took awhile to come. Also I had to get up and request ticket from another employee because no one came to our table to check on us or anything, not even the Manager on duty.
It's been a good while since I've been here. I went to Applebee's today & I had the full rack of double glazed baby back ribs & the double crunch shrimp with fries & cole slaw. The food was very tasty & hot & the service was on point as well... You gone need extra, extra napkins eating those ribs, trust me on that.
Been here twice so far doing curbside. Food has been tasty and hot. Server has been nice and fast. Only issue we had is to get could have filled up the fries containers more.:-
I ordered the fajita special and was very disappointed! My server was so nonchalant. I sent the shrimp back 3 times and each time they were completely under cooked. So I was unable to eat them. She insisted that the shrimp were fully cooked...I stopped the manager to advise that the shrimp were undercooked and he stated that this is how Applebee's serves it...we were never offered beverage refills and the service and food basically sucked. We will not be returning! TBH...they actually don't deserve a star at all. While speaking with the manager he just cut me off stating that he would remove the charge for the shrimp and I advised him that my point in letting him know was not to get the shrimp credited because I came prepared to pay for whatever I ordered, but to make him aware that the food was being served undercooked! He didnt seem at all interested in fixing that problem.
Friendly staff, the food was good. A bit over priced.
Greeter wasn't friendly, gave the impression that he didn't want to be at work. Waiter/waitress never came to our table, after about 10-15 minutes we left.Service: 1/5
July 17, 2022 around 2:30 3:00 My fiance and I went inn for lunch and had terrible experience. Went thru 3 different waiters including a Manger waiting our table. First off restaurant wasn't busy at all. My fiance ordered wonton tacos and cheesesticks I ordered rib platter with fries and onion rings. We had to send tacos back. Off back we know there small but it looked like a kids portion on tacos. Wontons were Over cooked and burnt, she still gave a try. Bit into it and was cold... got a replacement and portion size was better again wonton were still a mess. Not to make a big deal they all crumbled she ate as nachos instead of tacos. Although I got my ribs with Asian sauce on side which toom sause foever to get, ribs were still dry and very tough fries were cold and onion rings were over cooked and burnt as well after waiting 8 to 10 mins after fiance 1st order came out. I'm done with this location wish I could do no star Parking: Empty take a pick! Wheelchair accessibility: Open for disabled
We did carside to go..the guy who came out was very friendly offered us drinks because we had to wait .food was also very good and hot
