The food was good. I don't mind waiting for hot/accurate food when going out. I don't consider myself to have unrealistic expectations. But the manager that works in the evening at this location seems to want to have personal conversations on the phone rather than help you with your order. She barks at the employees to help you when she's standing right in front of you know the phone. Cussing and talking about non work related things. Food is great. Just don't expect customer service from management.

My sandwiches I ordered were correct but the two people in front of me had problems. There was a lady that was there before me and the other pair and she was still waiting on her sandwich and I believe they lost it somewhere. The pair in front of me had to come back in for a problem that they had. Sad thing is they weren't busy at all.

Penn Station has some of the best cheesesteak there is to offer. They have quality beef. I love that the bread doesn't overwhelm the sandwich. With every bite you get a mouth full of cheesesteak and not just bread.

Horrible place, nasty, dirty, people are rude.  Arrived 11:20am ordered, sat down waited over 35 minutes for my food.  Asked several times and was told my food was up next.  I eventually got aggravated and asked for a refund. (My food that was up next wasn't even my order).  Piss poor management Tasha and Iesha are useless. Last time I go to the Richwood Penn station.
