Classy place, y’all. Haha! Not so much. If you come here, you’re definitely slumming. But that’s not a bad thing! The food can be grubby and delicious in the best way possible. That’s why we came here last month. Hubby and I can remember a time when a pizza buffet was a semi-regular thing for us - back when those calories just disappeared. 

We visited on a Sunday, mid day and this place was decently busy. We had no problem finding a table, but there were many other families there. But sometimes you’d return to the buffet for something specific to find that they were temporarily out of it. However, you can order any pizza for your table. This is great if you have picky eaters!

On top of being a well serviced pizza buffet, you can have a custom pizza too, it's included. Also, the manager and staff were so above and beyond kind to my kids when the Game stop in the Plaza refused to let my 6 year old girl use their bathroom (13 degree day, $180 purchase). CiCi's manager let her right in, couldn't have been more welcoming.

Best thing about this store is it's the cheapest buffet anywhere.
About $7 with a drink.
Includes a decent salad bar, and usually five or more different pizzas to choose from along with Hot cinnamon rolls, brownies, and a couple dessert pizzas.
Usually a pleasant experience. 
We like to play "Who's the manager?" since it seems like the place has a high turnover, with new employees every time we go in.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Cicis. The place was filthy. Food and drinks spilled all over the floor. None of the tables had been cleaned off. And a majority of the pans were without pizza the whole time we were there. Utterly disappointed!
