I went to a Penn Station in Murfreesboro Tn (Medical Center Pkwy) I was in the process of having my order placed when I noticed that the person making the sandwich was not wearing GLOVES!!! He has gross dirty fingernails and so I said, do you not wear gloves when you are making the  food?? His response was, its "OPTIONAL" we are not required to, but then he proceeds to pull a box of gloves from under the counter to put them on. I said no, I don't want anything to eat, as I was leaving he then placed that same meat back in the containers where he had pulled it from. I think that is the nastiest thing I have ever seen- I have not been to a place where they handle food and do not where gloves.  The next day I called and talked with the Manager who confirmed that it is not required that they where gloves and they get an A + ratings from the health department! I will not be going to any more of their locations-GROSS.. they should be in the negative as far as stars would go!

Operator is often behind the counter which I like to see. Staff are friendly and customer service is really something they exceed at. I feel like PS staff are interested in not just serving but delighting patrons. I am so pleased I have become a regular. The rewards program (phone app) is useful too! I can't say enough good stuff about this sandwich spot.

Terrible cheesesteak. Very dissapointed.

I'm no expert but their Philly cheese steak is among the best I've had. Fries are great too. Easy to get in and out quickly if needed.
