I love their subs, however on this particular day, my order was made incorrectly. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes on one of my cheeseteak subs. They forgot to add it. I asked for tomatoes on the other sub, they forgot to add that as well. Then when I called to complain that they made my order and correctly the guy Philip who was the manager admitted that it was his fault and that he forgot the at both lettuce and tomato on the sandwich but then he said just bring the sandwiches back and they'll replace it I'm already back at work so I asked him so that means I can't eat my food until I bring the sandwiches back. he said if you want a replacement then yes. I normally don't complain, but due to the fact that I'm pregnant and my doctor said I needed to consume more vegetables, I was highly disappointed after I left here from my sonogram appointment. I was actually going to have them cater my baby shower... BEWARE FOLKS: do not go to this Penn Station go to the one in Shadyside better service....

I go here twice a week. Love the subs! Seating is not always available during lunch. Drink area gets crowded with people waiting for takeout orders so have to bump elbows. Wish it was setup differently for checkout.

Get here early at lunch time because this place is bumping at noon!  Great flavor! Grrat fries and always friendly service!  Love this place!

You want a great cheesesteak without crossing PA to Philly? Here's your best option; this is where I took a visitor from the Bay Area (who had never had a cheesesteak) to try the dish. She is now hooked.

Simple, tasty subs.  They can take a bit of time, as they make everything fresh for each customer. I asked for well done fries and got them as asked.  Employees hustled about getting orders filled.  Will def. go back again if I can.
