It gets really packed here most days you come, especially Saturday. Also be careful with the schedule here, this place is really only open from Tuesday to Saturday for driver's license stuff and they have different days with schedules for the photo center. At the moment @GoogleMaps does not have a way to make a more detailed list of hours for the locations. Hopefully they'll see this and figure something out, hell I would program it for them if they asked.

I tried to get there relatively early to ensure my DL renewal didn’t take my entire Saturday. However, when I showed up (around 9am) there was a line out the door to check in. The waiting area was standing room only.  To my surprise I found when I received my ticket that my approximate wait time was only 18 minutes! I should not have gotten my hopes up (in fact I wish they didn’t even tell me an “approximate wait time”). What they said would take 18 minutes ended up taking over an hour. 

All that being said the guy at counter four was very friendly. He could’ve easily been in a sour mood considering how busy it was.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. If you are going to schedule for your driver’s test, DO NOT GO HERE! The guy who administered my test (Larry) was extremely rude, miserable, possibly racist, and took points off for no reason. After I failed, he gave me a terrible attitude and slammed the door in my face. My mom and I went inside the building and complained about him and they didn’t even care. I retook my test at Granite Run and the outcome was extremely different. Not only I passed the test, the test administrator gave me advice on the mistakes I made on the test and how to get better. They were much more professional than Malvern. Take that, Larry! Advice to all, save yourself some tears and take your test somewhere else.

Tried to get my licenese renewed this morning. The wait was short but the service was excruciatingly bad. The man taking my photo was unbelievably rude and after I filled out the information he then tells me he deleted the license and I need to get another ticket and wait again. I asked him if he could bring it back up or if I could just retake the photo and re-fill out the information and he said no. I had to get to my job and didn't have the time to wait around for another 20 minutes. So all in all, I spent 25ish minutes there and walked out without even getting my license renewed due to the incompetence of the employees.

Daughter was getting just state id only, not drivers.  Was told to take a ticket from A.  Waited 1 hour and then was told she needed ticket D.  Waited 30 mins and then they would not accept her online utility bills but needed and address.  Went back Friday after thanksgiving.  Found a note on the door saying they are closed despite website showing they were open.  Hours wasted.  Now I have to renew my DL that will expire in 9 months becuase of the new TSA license will be issued in 2019.  I hope I do not have to pay full amount as I did for this DL which is supposed to last 4 years.  This is what government ruling our lives looks like.  And people want healthcare from these people?
