I have a lot of respect for this police department I had a flat tire on 95 South today when I came back from AutoZone the trooper was already behind my car and he didn't leave until I finish changing the tire he even help me, thanks officer for being human.

On 3/30/16 I had a flat tire when I was on highway I-476 N just before the exit 18A.  I called Allstate Roadside Assistance.  The first Allstate agent told me Statewide Road Service will be there in 55 min. but never showed up.  One hour later when I called again,  a different Allstate Road Service agent told me because it is restricted area they can not send roadside assistance (I told them they have wide shoulder on I-476 N they can pull up and I don't know why different agent telling me different story).  Meanwhile a young PA state trooper Lawver pulled up behind my car and he kindly changed my tire.  However, even my spare tire was low in air.  He contacted Pen Dot and try to help.  When he realized that I would not able to get help until after 3 p.m. he took my spare tire to nearest station and filled with air and brought back and changed second time.  Considering that he might have missed his lunch break as well,  he has gone extra step to help.  This review is for the specific state trooper Lawver since I did not have other encounter with officers at this location.
