Truck was fine but the service here in cc and in Houston at the drop off is shady. Hey I looked over the truck with my ocd mom before taking of to Houston and did not see any major scratches or dings. The weird thing was the guy was gone for about 20-30 minutes "inspecting" the truck!? I don't rent trucks on a daily so I really didn't think about it. Anyways I signed the truck out of cc without any damages. I get up to Houston after unpacking and drop off at home depot. The guy once again just goes out to the truck by himself to "inspect" it then comes back and doesn't say much. I signed some bs on the electronic pad and then the guy says he found damage. It's complete bs and one of the marks is either something the guy in Houston food or a cover up that after hours of rain was washed off. Either way the whole thing was very shady and took forever. But in the end it's either them or uhaul so your choice is limited. My advice is to always accompany these crooks when they go to inspect it
