I brought my PC here while on vacation  based on the reviews and was very disappointed.  Was told Monday a.m. that it would be ready Thurs for sure and maybe Wed late.  Thurs at noon I could see they hadn't started work yet and called.  Was told Friday afternoon.  Fri a.m. I could see it was ready to pick up.  Went to pick up and they said they could not replace hard drive due to labor effort to take it apart was too extensive due to "unique Toshiba Satellite laptop".  Took it home and googled you tube video and it took me 5 min to take out 16 screws and take off the complete back and remove hard drive.  And I have never done this before.  I think they were just too busy and didnt even start the repair.

Been a customer for years......they do an outstanding job!  Helpful and courteous service.  Highly recommended.

Best way to get your mail and ship items.   They also can sign for Amazon packages for you and hold them.  Just wish they had a mail scanning service so you could view your mail online.
