Poor costumer service and very rude. DO NOT use this place. Very unprofessional and do not know how to treat and value costumers. The lady who spoke to me apparently does not know the the money that a costumer is willing to spend on a business is the very own money that will end up paying her bills. Like i said they do not value the costumer. Go to the Home depot on Schaumburg and barrington instead they will rent out the penske trucks there as well and with better service.

Cheapest place i have found to rent a box van. The equipment is in a little disrepair and for some reason all registered out of state. The woman that runs the counter is very knowledgeable but can be a little dry. But if you want a cheap van for local moves, go here.

Had a Horrible experience with this group. Initially, she is pleasant and somewhat helpful on the phone, but that is where it ends. If you rent from this place, expect to get ripped off royally. There are hidden charges for 'talking to her' about your reservation to figure out the best timing for your trip, the trucks are a piece of junk and are extreme gas hogs. Upon return, you must show your gas receipt to be full. But, oh no, they then take it across the street (kitty corner) and supposedly add another $20 plus of gas - even though it clicked off as full when you filled it up prior to crossing the street!!! They will tell you that they have videotaped the hole process, but I'm sure they are scamming there too! So unfortunate that a local business is so bad - a lot of us locals would love to keep our $$$ in Streamwood to help with our tax base. You are better off going with Budget or other bigger, commercial businesses. They honor their word!

I have never had a good experience dealing with this location. Nothing but RUDE and pushy. Not nice or pleasant. What happened to good customer service cause it's not here. They tell you that you have to fill up at the gas station across the street and fill up at specific pumps. That's outrageous. Maybe I want to fill up at a cheaper place. They tell you that you have to give them the receipt to prove you you filled up across the street. Why is this the only place that requires ridiculous expectations. Car rentals don't require this. Boat rentals don't require this. Why do they?? If you want to be treated like crap, rent here. If you want hasslefree renting, rent someplace else!!!
