I needed a smaller space than was available, so I moved out at the end of September. But I used this facility for 5 years before that, without any problems. I found Leslee to be exceptionally helpful and professional. She takes pride in being the best there is at her job, and I predict great things for her future. You guys at Public Storage had better take care of her, or somebody else is going to sweep her up.

Front desk people are very nice. So many signatures for such a small transaction. High pressure to have you purchase insurance like a car rental. Inside is clean. Biggest gripe is that cart is only available during business hours. Very inconvenient. I can only go when I am not working and my unit is far from the staircase. Only need unit for short time or I would switch.

Very friendly staff. I was a bit stressed about the high pressure sales pitch while checking in. Since that time, every thing has been a great experience. Would recommend to friends and family.

Leslee has been a great help to us in starting using this facility. The unit is clean and has been easy for us to start filling. We have a second floor unit, but access is quick and easy with use of the large elevator, also it is very close to our home .
