Great company to rent a truck through. Had to be a little late with the truck and talked to representative and they were very understanding and even waved the late fee for being a few hours late.

Brian did an outstanding job. This was my wife and I's first experience with Penske. On Friday the 30th, we had booked a similar truck with a competitor company ( a week in advance and had movers lined up to load/unload the truck). The competitor company did not have our reserved vehicle the day of pick up. (Que the Seinfeld bit where he talks about reservations).

I was losing my mind with frustration. My wife contacted Brian and he and his team went above and beyond to get us a truck THAT DAY! Penske, thanks to the efforts of your team, you have made a loyal customer out of my family. Thank you!

The lift gate is so much better than a low deck height.
